Cast & Crew

    Production Crew:

Writer/Producer: Scott Roche Assistant Producer: Shawn Murphy Art & Graphic Design: Rey Reynoso, Joseph Biondi

Cast – In no particular order

Scott Roche (Narrator, Matt York) – Scott is actually part troll, having lived under a bridge for much of his childhood, and as such he feels that he has a unique perspective on life/the universe/everything.  He began writing after he discovered a rusty can of gray paint, a pointy stick, and a dirty sheet and trying them out in different combinations.  In the last few months he has begun getting the hang of things. More can be found out about Scott at his website http://www.spiritualtramp.com.

Leigh Roche (Robin York) – Leigh is the wife of Scott and as such deserves much pity.

Shawn Murphy (Lee Winston) – Musician extraordinaire and international man of mystery, Shawn aka Sidfaiwu (but one of many pseudonyms) brings quite a bit to the role of Detective Winston.  Not the least of which is a dislike of the whole Emo culture (as well as the stand up comedian) and a love of cupcakes and fine Irish whiskey. He has also generously provided much of the music used in Legion.

El’Kahn Thompson (Jose Gutierrez) -

Jen Avila (Sara McDowell) – Jen is the better half of The Jen and Dave Show. While a podcast veteran this is her first time taking part in an audio drama. I understand that her husband and I have quite a bit in common, which means that he should probably up his life insurance too.

Edward Parrot (Big John Delucci) – Ed is one half of the two fisted team behind the New World Orders podcast. For hobbies he runs, chews glass and has challenged Scott “FDO” Sigler to a bare knuckle brawl. Sigler has yet to accept the challenge, which is just as well since it is widely known that Sigler’s punch has been known to affect the orbit of small planetoids..

Faith McFadden (Moira Douglas) – Faith is the better half of the Two Blind Squirrels podcast, a daily comedy podcast centered around two Christians trying to cope with a secular world. Faith leads a Women’s Community Bible Study and together with her husband minsters to parents through Growing Kids God’s Way classes. No animals are harmed in the making of the Two Blind Squirrels podcast

Zach Ricks (Evan Swing) – Zach Ricks is an attorney by training, who’s lived in Idaho, Utah, the Philippines, Oregon, and now resides in Austin, TX. At one time or another he has been a farmer, telemarketer, customer service rep/supervisor, insurance salesman, teacher, computer tech, media specialist, and all-around scoundrel. Currently, he’s an Assistant Project Manager at a small legal subcontracting firm. His comedy podcast, Geek Survival Guide was a finalist in both the Podcast Peer and Parsec Awards, and you can currently hear him weekly battling his midriff at the GutCheckCast. He’s been acting occasionally since high school, and podcasting since 2005.

Chris Martens (Isaac Baker) – One half of duo known far and wide The Jesus Geeks, Chris has a sharp for commenting on faith and popular culture and can project his focus into a solid blade of energy.  Unfortunately this is good for little more than spreading butter or soft jams.

Indiana Jim (Angel) – Linguist and financier of start up cheese shops, Jim descended from his throne long enough to grace this podcast with his presence.  It’s a little known fact that he invented the windscreen used by podcasters worldwide to prevent plosives from frying headphones and eardrums.

Thomas Reed (Chief Paul DeWitt) – Thomas is known as Math Man, as dearest father, as husband (literally, his wifey calls him that) and on occassion, Grump Man. he is a husband, father of 3, mathematics teacher, podcast listener (would go all fangeek if i ever met anyone from my podcast list). He is a science geek, a scifi fan, and is interested in just about everything. Interesting side note, his wifey is a social worker for a hospice and an ordained united methodist minister and has, unsuccessfully, been trying to save him from himself for 3 decades.

He is also a Knight of the Order of Righteous Dudes.  One of the uber-fans of the podcast world, were he to quit listening to podcasts, the whole industry (such as it is) would come crumbling down around us all. Keith Latch

Keith Latch (various) – A future New York Times bestselling author, Keith Latch is a writer of engrossing speculative fiction. He maintains a website at www.keithlatch.com, where you can find about past, present, and future projects that you will not want to miss. On days where he isn’t being one of the most awesome podcast authors in existence, he also wrestles alligators. His accent alone has been known to cause beautiful women to swoon and grown men to step out of his way and doff their caps in respect.

John Wilkerson (Pastor Ben Cain) – John Wilkerson is a Christian, husband, father and podcaster. He currently hosts the Jesus Geek Podcast which can be found at www.jesusgeek.info. When John isn’t podcasting he can be found looking up at the night sky in the middle of the night or getting the stuffing kicked out of him at the dojang.

Dave Avila (Dispatcher) – The other half of The Jen and Dave Show and host of The Jaded Visalian, Dave likes to wear fake mustachios in his free time.

Steve Sensenig (Security Guard S. Boyles) – Steve is co-host of Beyond the Box and blogs occasionally at Theological Musings.

Mark Kilfoil (Mr. Gray Ponytail)- Mark is the host of The WEIRD Show podcast (http://thewierdshow.com), a contributing producer to The 9th Heroescast (http://heroescast.com), and an announcer and editor for Buffy Between The Lines (http://buffybetweenthelines.com). He has done starring roles on Kelmah (http://kelmah.net) and Bloodmoon (http://darkerproject.com/bloodmoon), a number of guest roles on a number of audio drama productions, including Buffy Between The Lines, Maudelayne (http://brokensea.com/maudelayne) and Star Trek: Dimension (http://giantgnome.com/std.html), and narration for the MyBoyfriendCat video podcast and Broken Sea Audio’s Halloween 2008 celebration (http://brokensea.com).
